2. Service Activation

Instant Activation

Most services, including Shared Hosting, VPS Hosting, and Domain Registration, are activated automatically after successful payment confirmation.

Once activated, customers will receive an email containing login credentials, service access details, and relevant configuration information.

Manual Activation

Some services, such as Dedicated Servers, custom hosting solutions, or special configurations, require manual setup.

For these services, activation may take between 24 to 72 hours. Customers will be notified via email once the service becomes active.


3. Domain Registration & Transfer

New Domain Registration

Domains registered through DignityHost are usually processed within a few minutes after payment. However, DNS propagation may take 24 to 48 hours to fully complete worldwide.

Domain Transfer

Domain transfers to DignityHost typically take 5 to 7 days, depending on the current registrar's policies, domain extension, and confirmation approvals.


4. Payment Confirmation

All services are provisioned only after payment is successfully confirmed. Payment confirmation times may vary based on the payment method used, including but not limited to credit/debit cards, mobile banking, bank transfers, or online gateways.

Orders with pending or failed payments will not be activated.


5. Email Notifications

Customers will receive automated email notifications regarding:

  • Payment confirmation
  • Service activation
  • Login credentials and access details
  • Any service-related delays or verification requests

Customers are responsible for ensuring their email address and contact information remain accurate and up to date.


6. Delays and Exceptions

While DignityHost strives for prompt delivery, certain circumstances may cause delays, including but not limited to:

  • Technical or system-related issues
  • Manual verification requirements
  • Payment confirmation delays
  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information

In such cases, DignityHost will communicate with the customer and take reasonable steps to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
