Our 10-day money-back guarantee applies exclusively to Web Hosting services.
If you are dissatisfied with our Web Hosting services for any reason within the first 10 days of service activation, you are eligible to request a full refund.
To initiate a refund, you must request service termination in writing via email or support ticket. You must also provide a clear and specific reason for your cancellation. This helps us understand your decision and improve our services.
The 10-day money-back guarantee does not apply to the following services:
These services are strictly non-refundable.
DignityHost reserves the right to determine the validity of the cancellation reason and whether reasonable steps were taken by both parties to resolve any issues prior to the refund request.
Once a valid refund request is approved, processing may take approximately 7–10 business days, depending on the payment method used.
All services are prepaid. Renewal reminders are sent automatically via email starting from 30 days up to 1 day before the service renewal date.
Failure to renew services on time may result in service suspension and/or additional late fees.
If DignityHost fails to deliver the agreed-upon services, a prorated refund will be issued for the unused portion of the service period.
No refunds will be provided if your service is suspended or terminated due to a violation of DignityHost's Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
Upon receiving an account cancellation request, your service will be immediately suspended and permanently deleted within 30 days.
If you maintain multiple accounts and one or more accounts are overdue, DignityHost reserves the right to suspend all related services until full payment is received. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
If an account is found to consume excessive server resources, leading to suspension or termination, no refunds will be issued.
Refunds are granted only once per product per customer. If you purchase and use the same service for a second time, you will not be eligible for a refund.
If your account exceeds its allocated resources, you will be notified accordingly.
Failure to upgrade your plan or reduce usage may result in service suspension. No refunds will be issued for suspensions caused by overuse or failure to upgrade.
